William Parker Sports College Development Plan


	A meeting has now taken place between William Parker Sports College and the Rother Academy to discuss the development of Table Tennis at the College. Support will be given for the development of a Community based club for years 7 & 8 at the school as well as Year 5 & 6 pupils form local cluster schools. Spaces will also be available for players from the former Summerfields Club following a pullout from the sport by Freedom Leisure at the centre. Opportunities will be availalble for selected pupils to undertake leadership training at the club with a current academy player already having been identified for training. In addition to the club a number of promotional and taster visits will be made to local cluster Primary Schools. The club will commence in February.
